If you submit demos, contact forms, newsletter signups, or other materials, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

Demo submissions do not create any obligation for Hellion Records to reply, sign, release, or promote your work. Unsolicited materials are reviewed at our discretion.

Event listings, ticket links, and merch offers on this site may be fulfilled by Hellion Records or by third-party partners. Purchase terms, refunds, delivery, and entry rules are controlled by the relevant seller or ticketing provider at checkout.

Event details including lineups, venues, and timings can change. We will update the site when practical, but are not liable for last-minute changes outside our control.

All Hellion Records names, logos, artwork, photos, videos, copy, and other site content are owned by Hellion Records or used under license. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit site content without prior written permission, except for ordinary personal viewing and sharing of publicly posted links.

Artist names and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

The site may link to social platforms, streaming services, ticket sellers, payment providers, and other external sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hellion Records disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hellion Records and its founders, artists, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hellion Records from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
